It's getting cold, let's knit some mitts! A Verb For Keeping Warm is an adorable and wonderful store/workspace for all things fiber related. I learned how to tapestry weave at AVFKW and had a wonderful time! If you've ever been curious about knitting, please go check it out, and you'll get some mittens out of it!

It's Fall, my favorite season besides all the other ones. Ever wanted to brew some cider? Yea, go learn. Preserved is a cute workshop/shop behind Neighbor in Piedmont, CA. This workshop, led by Crooked City Cider, will teach you how to brew hard cider at home just in time for those cold nights.
